Sesame-Ginger Vinaigrette recipe
This Asian-inspired vinaigrette infuses the Orient into any normal salad. It's also perfect for dipping bread or using as a marinade for meats and veggies.
Ingredients:
½ cup olive oil
¼ cup rice wine vinegar
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
1 clove garlic, crushed
Directions:
1) Combine all ingredients in a blender; puree until smooth.
