Italian Vinaigrette recipe
Store-bough Italian vinaigrette is full of sugar and additives, but you can make this fresh version with all regular kitchen staples. Just whisk and serve.
Ingredients:
¾ cup extra virgin olive oil
¼ cup red wine vinegar
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon dried oregano
½ teaspoon dried basil
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon dried thyme
¼ teaspoon black pepper
Directions:
1) Combine all ingredients in a blender; puree until smooth. Chill at least 1 hour before serving.
