Green Goddess Sauce recipe
Green Goddess sauce goes back hundreds, maybe thousands of years, and it tastes as delightful as it sounds. Full of fresh herbs and a bit of spice, it's an uplifting dressing for all your salad needs.
Ingredients:
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup plain yogurt
¼ cup chopped scallions
¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
2 anchovy fillets
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
Directions:
1) Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor; puree until smooth. Chill at least 1 hour before serving.
