Greek Yogurt Sauce recipe

Yogurt makes for an equally creamy, yet lower fat dressing than many other cream-based salad sauces. A bit of feta cheese and Greek spice creates a flavorful sauce perfect for Mediterranean salads with greens, oranges, parsley, and red onions.

Ingredients:

1 cup plain yogurt
¼ cup feta cheese
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ teaspoon dried oregano
½ teaspoon dried basil
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper

Directions:

1) Combine all ingredients in a blender; puree until smooth. Chill at least 1 hour before serving.
